​We established this business as Ireland's only director services, advisory, representation and training firm owned and operated by a former Director of the Central Bank of Ireland.  Peter Oakes's international regulatory experience includes the UK Financial Services Authority (Enforcement Lawyer) and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (Senior Officer).  Peter has advised the Governor and Deputy Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and he has worked at senior levels for regulated businesses as in-house counsel, compliance officer, executive and non-executive director.  Peter's has consulted to regulated and non-regulated firms for close to a decade.  Peter is passionate about financial technology (fintech) developments, particularly deployment in the areas of payments, banking, investments and crowdfunding.   Peter is the board director of several regulated fintech companies operating across the globe.
